Description

Accurate project forecasting is essential to making sound business decisions and protecting profitability. This session explores how to monitor project financial performance through monthly project status and work-in-progress reporting, interpret key financial metrics, and understand the impact of over- and under-billings. Participants will also gain a practical understanding of financial statements and what surety companies look for. 

Recommended for project managers, project engineers, anyone involved in operations or project procedures.

Kathy Crosby is President of C2 Consulting, Inc., with extensive experience in the mechanical contracting industry. She previously served as Vice President and CFO for a Utah-based contractor and has been actively involved in MCAA’s educational initiatives. Kathy also teaches at the United Association’s Instructor Training Course and the Institute of Project Management.
