Learn how to designate areas of your PDFs, apply unique naming and color coding, create hyperlinks for easy navigation and use advanced room measurement tools. By the end of this seminar, participants will be able to: Use batch link to create hyperlinks from a title page to individual sheets across large documents with a single procedure. Utilize sets to open and organize a collection of documents in a specified order, including revisions and addenda, and navigate them as one document without merging files. Email fill-in forms to recipients who do not own Bluebeam and automatically generate an Excel workbook to consolidate all responses. Apply advanced room measurement tools to enhance precision and efficiency in your PDF work.
