Description

The service coordinator is the hub of a successful service business—managing schedules, resources, priorities, and customer relationships. This 2-day series equips coordinators with advanced skills to boost efficiency, reduce callbacks, strengthen customer loyalty, and improve profitability. Perfect for those new to the role or ready to take their impact to the next level. 

Recommended for current and aspiring dispatchers, service coordinators, and others supporting field service operations.

Participants are expected to attend both days. Please register for day 1 and you will automatically be registered for day 2.

Nancy Bandy is the Managing Director of TRAINSITIONS Consulting Group LLC, with extensive experience in training and management consulting. She has developed and delivered custom training programs for MSCA members and held executive positions with Coldwell Banker, CB Richard Ellis, and other major firms. Nancy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Education and a MA in Management.
