This webinar will provide an in-depth understanding of how Minnesota Sales and Use Tax laws impact contractors working within the state. Participants will learn how these taxes apply to materials, supplies, and equipment, particularly when these items are moved between locations or used on multiple jobs. The course will also cover the nuances of handling construction contracts with tax-exempt organizations. 

Recommended for accountants, bookkeepers, business owners, and others involved in Minnesota contractor sales and use tax. 

Dan Severson spent 10 years as a Sales Tax Auditor with Minnesota Revenue along with time spent self-employed as a tax consultant prior to joining CLA. Dan couples this experience with specific knowledge developed within industry over many years to provide pertinence and value to CLA clients.
