This combined seminar covers essential aspects of project initiation and detailed planning for successful execution. Participants will learn best practices for turnover and kick-off meetings, pre-construction planning, and how to manage the fabrication process, shop drawings, and BIM. 

By the end of this seminar, participants will: 

  • Master strategies for effective turnover and kick-off meetings, ensuring smooth transitions from planning to execution. 
  • Develop robust pre-construction plans that address potential challenges and set clear expectations. 
  • Gain insights into managing fabrication processes, shop drawings, and integrating BIM to enhance project coordination and accuracy. 

Recommended for project managers, project engineers, and other professionals involved in project planning and execution.

Troy Aichele has 30 years of experience in every facet of commercial mechanical contracting, working on projects ranging from high-rise buildings to hospitals and casinos. Through Aichele and Associates, LLC, he teaches mechanical construction workshops nationwide and develops company training programs.
