This workshop is limited to 4–6 companies, with each company encouraged to attend with 2–3 team members. The small-group format allows participants to work through exercises together, apply the strategic planning process to their organization, and leave with actionable next steps.
Strategic planning is more than setting goals—it requires a clear understanding of your organization’s current position, challenges, opportunities, and priorities. This hands-on workshop introduces participants to the strategic audit and SWOT methodology, providing practical tools to evaluate internal and external factors, identify strategic priorities, and develop actionable goals. Through instruction, case studies, and group exercises, participants will practice applying the process and leave with a 90-day plan to launch a strategic planning process within their own organization.
Recommended for business owners, executives, department leaders, and managers involved in organizational planning and decision-making.
