Nic Bittle has been a speaker with MMCA for 5 years and works with contractors to help develop their future leaders. Nic is passionate about helping fill in the gaps between the individual about to retire and the emerging worker. Nic investigates the bad habits and worst practices leaders stop doing in order to increase their influence. The last thing any leader needs is another list of behaviors they must adopt to become a better leader. We don’t need to add more behaviors, and habits, but instead take them away. In this workshop we will identify the behaviors and bad habits many leaders can easily eliminate to have a greater degree of influence with those they serve. This event is perfect for owners and the next generation of leaders. Registration is free and companies are encouraged to bring multiple attendees.
