This session will walk field leaders through how to use the project contract as a roadmap for running a successful job from start to finish. Attendees will learn how to interpret key contract terms, apply them in day-to-day decisions, and use documentation to protect the schedule, budget, and scope.

Aaron Dean is a seasoned construction attorney who represents contractors, subcontractors, and developers in all aspects of construction dispute resolution. He serves as Chapter Attorney for the Minnesota Subcontractors Association and regularly drafts and testifies on legislation impacting the industry. With over 100 cases resolved through trial, arbitration, or administrative rulings, Aaron brings deep legal and practical experience to his seminars.
