This session provides practical strategies for delivering feedback and advice that build trust, improve performance, and support employee growth. Participants will learn when to offer feedback versus advice, how to navigate defensive reactions, and how to adapt their approach to different communication and generational preferences for more effective conversations.

He successfully helped clients increase revenue and was an early adopter of virtual training, ensuring high-quality education in both in-person and online formats. Eric holds a degree in Exercise Physiology from Ohio University and founded a successful specialty retail business that remains a regional leader.
