Using DISC Assessment results, it explores how different communication styles affect workplace interactions and how to adapt communication approaches to connect effectively with team members.

Leah Guttman brings over 12 years of national experience in designing and facilitating educational programs, with a 20-year background as a CFO and Finance Manager in the mechanical construction industry. Leah offers training and consulting from a practical, hands-on perspective.
