Foreman Training: Know This, Do That with Nic Bittle

Thursday, December 8, 2022 (7:45 AM - 4:00 PM) (CST)

Description

What does it take to be successful in this industry? What does one really need to do to become outstanding in their chosen field? Nic’s program, Know This, Do That, has been designed to answer the above questions, and more. For the past several years Nic has traveled all across the US and Canada delivering leadership programs for Foremen. In many of these conversations with literally thousands of foremen, supervisors, key journeymen and owners he kept hearing a concern for our future workforce.

Many of his attendees had “advice” (some good and some bad) for anyone in this industry. Know This, Do That is a compilation of the best advice, the best tips and tricks, and the lessons learned from the most successful craftsmen in the industry.

In this program your attendees will learn:

  • The 4 Core Competencies lacking in most of the workforce entering the industry today.
  • What skills each professional must master if they expect to be successful.
  • How to accept constructive criticism and some not-so constructive criticism.
  • How to learn from anyone.
  • How to build relationships that will open doors for your success.
  • How to deal with someone always looking for a fight.
  • How to communicate at a higher level.
  • How to be good with people.
  • The tips, tricks, tactics, and techniques any professional must learn to become successful in this industry.

Target Audience – This class is targeted specifically to foreman but anyone in the industry looking to improve their leadership skills would benefit.
