Also discussed will be monitoring the cash-hungry items that add no significant value to the company, managing overhead, and tools to measure effective management of cash. She currently serves on the faculty for the United Association’s Instructor Training Course in Ann Arbor, Michigan as well as the Institute of Project Management and the Construction Education Institute, MCAA’s National Education Initiative.
