Effective communication in the workplace will teach project managers how to identify and engage critical stakeholders, ask insightful questions, and leverage their natural communication style to enhance performance. Participants will also complete a DISC Assessment to better understand and apply their unique communication strengths.
Leah Guttman is the owner of First Forward Consulting and brings over 12 years of national experience in designing and facilitating educational programs, with a 20-year background as a CFO and Finance Manager in the mechanical construction industry. Leah offers training and consulting from a practical, hands-on perspective.

$250 Member Reimbursement upon successful completion of the program which requires participants to attend a minimum of six out of the seven seminars offered.
