Managing project risk with solid documentation will teach the essentials of effective project documentation, covering contract language, submittal, RFIs, change orders, scheduling, and more.
Kathy Crosby is President of C2 Consulting, Inc., with extensive experience in the mechanical contracting industry. She previously served as Vice President and CFO for a Utah-based contractor and has been actively involved in MCAA’s educational initiatives. Kathy also teaches at the United Association’s Instructor Training Course and the Institute of Project Management.
