What do you truly believe about leadership? Your leadership beliefs translate into your leadership action. That action then produces results. Are you getting the results you really want? We need to take time to reflect on and rethink leadership. Beliefs and philosophies on leadership can be found just about anywhere, some of which we hold as truths today. However, some of those messages are outdated, inaccurate, or simply untrue. Due to changes in our world leadership has evolved from a top down, command and control style into a coaching and developing style. Are we making that shift? Talent, knowledge and experience doesn’t automatically mean we are able to coach others. There are coaching skills we need to continuously be adapting to in order to get the overall results we want.
