The Adult First Aid/CPR/AED course from the Red Cross provides participants with essential lifesaving skills. The course covers first aid techniques, CPR, and the use of an AED, ensuring you can act confidently and swiftly in critical situations. This training combines practical hands-on experience with expert instruction and meets OSHA workplace safety requirements. Upon completion, you'll receive a two-year certification.
