Description

Sales are won and lost with the conversations your sellers are having with buyers. Customers are savvy, but they need sales professionals to help them diagnose their needs and identify solutions that drive desired business results. This training program focuses on the critical structure of a sales conversation.  This program will help sales professionals leverage their technical knowledge and use consultative sales skills to better understand customer needs and more persuasively articulate value, while closing deals. The program focuses on building trust and learning to motivate customers by developing a deeper understanding of their needs. Customers want a relationship, not just a transaction. This skills-based training program is centered on the Investigating phase which allows participants to effectively practice asking the right questions at the right time during the critical interview process.

At the end of this program, you will be able to:

  • Lead successful sales conversations from beginning to end.
  • Use questioning techniques to uncover your buyers needs and desires.
  • Build rapport and develop relationships in person and virtually.
