The Introduction to Project Management series provides new project managers, assistants, and support staff with a clear overview of the project lifecycle—from acquisition to execution to closeout—highlighting how every team member contributes to project success. Hands-on exercises and practical examples ensure attendees leave ready to apply what they’ve learned immediately. Recommended for new or aspiring project engineers, project assistants & coordinators recent graduates, and interns. Kathy Crosby is President of C2 Consulting, Inc., with extensive experience in the mechanical contracting industry. She previously served as Vice President and CFO for a Utah-based contractor and has been actively involved in MCAA’s educational initiatives. Kathy also teaches at the United Association’s Instructor Training Course and the Institute of Project Management.
