Chip Mitchell is the founder of Blue Fence Advisors, with over 30 years of business and legal experience in the construction industry. He has served as General Counsel & Chief Administrative Officer for a major mechanical contractor and is a frequent lecturer on construction contracts and dispute resolution. Chip holds a JD from Georgetown University and is admitted to practice law in multiple federal and state courts.
