Moving from the field to the office requires more than technical expertise—it calls for strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills. This course equips participants with the tools to succeed in an office setting by exploring leadership techniques, management expectations, and the differences between internal and external customer relations. 

Recommended for service managers, technicians, project managers, construction managers, field supervisors, foremen, and others preparing for or stepping into office-based leadership roles.


Woody Woodall is the managing principal of Customer Focused Solutions, Inc., with a distinguished career in mechanical contracting. He has been instrumental in developing educational programs for the Mechanical Service Contractors Association (MSCA) and has received numerous accolades, including the “D.S. O’Brien Award of Excellence.” Woody began his career as a Steamfitter and has since focused on helping contractors and associations achieve their strategic goals through education and collaboration.
