As a former plant manager at a chemical mining facility, Phil focused on environmental permitting, safety, compliance, capital projects, quality assurance, and employee development. He is passionate about coaching and helping employees grow and has received specialized training in leadership development and employee engagement. Phil holds a Master’s degree in chemistry and Bachelor's degrees in chemical engineering and biology.
