The Introduction to Project Management series provides new project managers, assistants, and support staff with a clear overview of the project lifecycle—from acquisition to execution to closeout—highlighting how every team member contributes to project success. Kathy Crosby is President of C2 Consulting, Inc., with extensive experience in the mechanical contracting industry. She previously served as Vice President and CFO for a Utah-based contractor and has been actively involved in MCAA’s educational initiatives. Kathy also teaches at the United Association’s Instructor Training Course and the Institute of Project Management.
